April Fools FAKE NEWS Wrap-Up

The news of elaborate April Fool's pranks keep rolling in. From What So Not rejoining Flume [see below], and a continual flow of FAKE NEWS to make us question our reality, deadmau5 has taken the cake (sorry Steve Aoki) by RickRolling his final Lots of Shows show at Hammerstein Ballroom NYC stop.

Programming a show of that size isn't easy to begin with, so the thought of adding in one song for one show only seems ridiculous, but if anyone is going to do it, it's deadmau5. Watch below...

 

Taking 3 months off was a true reality check. I didn't realise how misconstrued my perception of living had become being thrown around the world in a new hotel, new city every night for almost 6 years. . It felt like being a kid again when I stopped. Gatecrashing house parties & nightclubs, hanging with family, friends new and old, backpacking, excessive time in the ocean & of course writing music every day. . Tomorrow I leave home for another half a year to perform at Coachella & stops around the world - but this time it feels different. . I've conceptualised my whole album & build it from the ground up. I have a clear vision for the whole What So Not project: what is sounds like, what it looks like & the narrative it lives in. . I think my time off will have a prolific impact on everything I do from here & i honestly can't wait to come back on the road & share it with you all. . Much love ❤️ See u soon Emoh . 📷. @ebflow
